INGREDIENTS |
1 cup almond milk 1/2 cup oatmeal 2 tbsp. of honey 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon 5 tbsp. chia seeds Ecoinca 2 tbsp. vanilla essence A handful of blueberries |
PREPARATION |
1. Heat the milk, cinnamon and vanilla over high heat in a small pot. 2. When it starts to boil, reduce heat to low and add the oats. 3. Let the mixture cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it rest for another 5 minutes. 4. Add the honey and mix all the ingredients. 5. Serve in a bowl and add the chia seeds and blueberries. |
